How much will you offer?
Our offer will depend upon such things as size, type, location and condition, but will normally range between 70% and 85% of the open market value, [ the price you could expect to achieve within 6-8 weeks through an estate agent].
How long does it take?
Usually 21 - 28 days from date of survey.
However we can arrange for an early exchange to secure the sale, with a completion date
up to 6 months later to coincide with your move.
Do I have to pay anything?
No. What we offer is what you get. We pay all survey and legal fees.
What if I change my mind?
You are under no obligation at any time.
If you pull out of the sale you will not be charged a fee.
Do I need a solicitor?
Yes, to ensure all legalities are dealt with in a proper and professional manner.
You can use your own solicitor or one appointed by us. We pay their fees.
Will anybody know about the sale?
No. Its confidential. We will not put up a Sold sign.
