Our Sell-and-Rent-Back scheme lets you release the equity in your property whilst enabling you to continue living in your own home. This option gives you the cash you may need to pay off debts or to use for any other purpose, and avoids the upheaval of moving.
On completion of the sale your occupancy will be legalised through what is known as an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, which is a legal contract giving you all necessary rights, privileges and protection as a tenant.
